- Position: Project Director
- Work location: Hanoi
- Responsibilities:
Organizes and directs the long range planning/master planning for all projects: Project planning, budgeting and identification of resources required;
+ Overseeing projects from start to finish to manage project within agreed budget and on time;
+ Acts as expert consultant to planning, design and construction projects system-wide. This includes design, space planning and project management;
+ Oversees the approval of contractors and architectural firms. Collaborates with the corporate directors of architecture and construction;
+ Set project priorities, plan procurement strategies, select the implementation units, ensure execution and report on performance to the Chairman; 
+  Directs  all phases  of  project  management  including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project in accordance with priorities. Key focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management;
+ Responsible for financial performance of market, program, and client accounts including budgeting, actual results, forecasting and reporting;
+ Responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, contract negotiation, contract execution, contract administration, and closeout. Contracts included company's agreements, client/vendor agreements, company/vendor and supplier agreements;
+ Exhibits a complete understanding of company's corporate governance policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring corporate governance policies and procedures are adhered to within work group;
+ Articulating vision for the scheme both internally and externally and building teams, developing goals and objectives and assigning responsibilities;
+ Manages and leads project management staff to maintain a high standard of health and safety on site and within the companies health and safety policy and a high standard of finish on the project;
+ Co-ordinate all parties involved in the project;
+ Directly or indirectly responsible for hiring, terminating, compensation, and performance evaluation for direct reports and work group;
+ Formally supervises individual employees and/or subordinate supervisors. Responsible for identifying tracking performance, coaching, training needs, and motivating direct reports and work group;
+ Identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks for client and company;
+ Interacts regularly with client(s)/investor(s) to ensure that goals and objectives are established and achieved. Develops and implements action plans to correct variances;
+ Oversees the preparation of accurate, timely, and the completed reports to the client and company frequently or instantly;
+ Other tasks assigned by chairman from time to time.
- Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field;
+ Minimum of eight years of related progressive experience in supervisory/leadership position;
+ Proven experience as a manager of diverse project teams in a leadership position and working to agreed targets within a commercial environment;
+ Strategic thinker; 
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents;
+  Ability  to  develop  and  manage  significant  and  complex  projects  and budgets;
+  Requires  expert  level  analytical  and  quantitative  skills  with  proven experience in developing strategic solutions;
+  Ability  to  motivate  and  negotiate  effectively  with  key  employees,  top management, and client groups to take desired action;
+ Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situation;
+  Strong  negotiation,   communication,   planning,   organizing,   leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills;
+ English skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
+ General  understanding  of  the  current  economic/political  environment  in
Vietnam and emerging Asia;
+ Good understanding of cultural differences.
